I live for the time.

When you’ll be by my side.

I live for the time.

When you’ll always say “good night!”

I live for the time, when you make everything all right.

I live for you to love me.

I live for you to care.

I live for you to tell me that you’ll always be there.

Because baby I love you but you just don’t care.

People try to tell me that you would cause me pain,

and you’ll always stay the same.

I’m the one that’s living it.

So you’ll never understand my pain.

How much you just don’t know.

I try to deny it because I don’t want to let you go,

for I know if I do I’ll miss you so.

So how can I let you go, when all I want to do is hold you in my arms,

and you would always say that you would always be mine.

I thought it was a dream that could never come true.

You just confirmed it with those two words. “We’re through!”

Then I realized that I need to live for me. Because you just set me free.
